Return Policy:

In order to return the item back to us in the cases below, we must inform you by e-mail. mail info@salasta.lt.

In the event that the reason for the return of the goods is inadequate quality, we undertake to change the goods of inappropriate quality at the expense of the good quality or refund the money paid for the goods at our own expense. Goods of inadequate quality are changed or returned in accordance with the procedure established in Article 6.363 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

Proper quality goods are returned in accordance with the procedure established in Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. In this case, the cost of returning the goods is paid by the buyer. The quality goods purchased on the Internet may be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer.

When returning good quality goods, the following conditions must be met:

the return item must be in the original order packaging (this item does not apply to the return of a defective product).

the product must be in good condition with the Buyer;

the product must remain intact in appearance (undamaged labels, non-shielded protective films, etc.) (this item does not apply in the case of the return of a defective product);

the returned goods must be the same equipment as the Buyer receives;

upon return of the goods, it is necessary to submit a document of its purchase and a completed return document of the goods, which is presented to you along with the goods.
