HELMET REGULATION
1. Set the helmet adjustments to the smallest size.
2. Put on your helmet.
3. Press the helmet until it touches the top of your head.
4. If you can't wear the helmet to touch the top of your head, increase the size.
5. Repeat points 3-4 until you reach such a size that the helmet after putting on touches the head with no pain.
6.Adjust the fastening straps so that they are also securely clamped under the chin.
NOTE: For maximum safety, the helmet must be adjusted and used in accordance with the instructions for use.
The helmet is not intended for riding a motorcycle and climbing.
